In a notice dated 15 September 2026, UPSC clarified that OBC reservation for the Assistant Public Prosecutor (GNCTD) post under Advt. No. 11/2026 applies only to candidates with OBC certificates issued by GNCTD whose caste is in the Delhi OBC list. Candidates with OBC certificates from other States/UTs will be treated as UR. Delhi OBC candidates who cannot find their caste serial number in the Central List may enter "0" or "NA" in the CAF.
