Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board Advertisement No. 12 of 2026 (published 18.09.2026) invites online applications for Group-C posts of Driver, Clerk (Legal), Clerk (Accounts), Clerk (I.T.), Translator and Field Artist in various Punjab Government departments. A corrigendum dated 06.10.2026 added one Clerk (Legal) post, so 71 posts are now on offer: Driver 5, Clerk (Legal) 14, Clerk (Accounts) 34, Clerk (I.T.) 11, Translator 6 and Field Artist 1. Online applications and fee payment run from 25.09.2026 to 19.10.2026. Candidates must be 18–37 years old as on 01.01.2026 (42 for Punjab SC/BC; further relaxations per rules) and must have passed Punjabi at Matriculation level. Clerk (Legal) needs a law degree, Clerk (Accounts) a graduation with Statistics/Mathematics/Accounts (B.Com for Excise & Taxation), Clerk (I.T.) a computer/IT degree, and Driver needs Matric, a light and heavy vehicle licence and 3 years' driving experience. Pay is Rs. 19,900 for the clerk/translator posts, Rs. 21,700–69,100 (Level 3) for Driver and Rs. 25,500 (Level-4) for Field Artist. The fee is Rs. 1,000 for General, Rs. 250 for SC/BC/EWS, Rs. 200 for ex-servicemen and dependents, and Rs. 500 for persons with disabilities.
