Upper age limit relaxed for SC/ST and other categories notified by the UP Government; existing UPSRTC employees get 5 extra years for UPSRTC posts.

   Verified against the official source; Advt. 24-Exam/2026 (44 pp, scanned Hindi) read: p1 dates (published 12-10-2026; apply 03-11-2026 to 25-11-2026; reconciliation/correction till 02-12-2026), 1,156 posts and PET-2025 condition match. p5 fee table (Rs 25 online processing, all categories) matches. pp7-8 Table-1 (8 rows) sums to 1,156 (UR 439, SC 319, ST 15, OBC 285, EWS 98). The draft vacancy examples are correct but left out Ground Water Dept Technical Assistant (Mech) 3 (special selection) and Jail Administration Machine Instructor 1, now added. Salary made precise: UPSRTC Mechanic is Level-5 and Asst. Storekeeper Level-4, both printed with the pre-revised Rs 5,200–20,200 band; PWD JE is Level-6, printed as Rs 9,300–34,800 with Rs 4,200 grade pay.
