High School with Science and Mathematics (or equivalent) + All India/State trade certificate (NCVT/SCVT): Electrician or Electronics for the electrical posts, Fitter for the mechanical post + 2 years' relevant post-qualification work experience in a government/semi-government/limited/private limited company or registered firm. Applicants must also meet one Uttarakhand condition (registered with an Uttarakhand employment exchange, Uttarakhand domicile, or High School and Intermediate passed from Uttarakhand), with exceptions per para 8
