- ESB exam fee Rs. 500 (UR) / Rs. 250 (MP-domicile SC/ST/OBC/EWS); plus police department exam fee Rs. 200 (UR) / Rs. 100 (MP-domicile SC/ST/OBC/EWS); MPOnline portal fee Rs. 60 (kiosk) or Rs. 20 (registered citizen login)

- 18–33 years as on 29.10.2026 (UR/EWS of MP and candidates of other states); 38 years for MP-domicile SC/ST/OBC, government/corporation employees, Nagar Sainik (Home Guards) and inter-caste-marriage awardees; Vikram awardees +5; non-MP candidates are eligible only for unreserved posts; other relaxations per rulebook
